We the People, the Free Men of the New Battalion, do hereby agree to stand together for the future generations of Americans in the name of Liberty and Freedom, under the banner of the economic prosperity that comes from a constitutional system of law that respects and holds sacrosanct the rights of the People to possess, control and dispose of their own private property, their own labors, (including the fruits of that labor), and which does not allow the government to take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned, and which finds socialism in all its myriad forms, including communism, repugnant to the hearts, the minds, and the very souls of the good American people.
We, the New Battalion, do hereby further agree to defend the Constitution and the constitutional Republic of the United States of America, and the laws upholding that Constitution, upon which this nation was founded, with our lives, our life’s resources, our time, and our abilities, to the fullest extent possible and all extent necessary, to restore the rule of law, the Constitutional Republic, and the system of a limited, representative government that legitimately possesses only the specifically enumerated powers that are actually granted and authorized for it to exercise under the Constitution of the United States of America, the Supreme Law of the land, which every other law in the land at every level, must obey, or be declared void for the violation of.
We the People do hereby further agree to teach and exercise, at every opportunity possible, the power of Jury Nullification as the correct and appropriate remedy to any obviously unconstitutional law (especially where the courts inexplicably refuse to address or declare one as such), recognizing that it is both the right and the constitutional duty of every true America serving on a jury in America to try and stop the U.S. government, from exceeding the limited authorities granted to it under the U.S. Constitution to act, whenever it attempts to enforce on any American citizen any alleged law that is perceived by any member of the jury to be unconstitutional.
With these simple resolves we do hereby bind ourselves into this New Battalion of American citizens, dedicated to working together to fight to protect and defend both the rights and property of both ourselves and our fellow Americans as guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States of America, under the system of private property law that currently exists in this nation, but which is now threatened by the monumental government incompetence, ignorance, cowardice, greed, corruption, and sedition that is now destroying our precious Republic and its constitutional system of a limited, representative government, which has obviously been sold (out) to the banks and corporations, who do not even vote, but who are now well represented at the expense of the American People, who now themselves go UNrepresented in their own House (and Senate) !
Under the banner of this New FREE Battalion, this union, this confederation of ordinary American men, We the People, the FREE Battalion, the American citizens concerned for the future of our country, pledge to work to rid America forever of the tyrannical and despotic hand of the unconstitutional government agency and money monopoly known as the Internal Revenue Service and Federal Reserve Bank, that now runs rampant in America, rampaging across our lands and in our homes and personal businesses, both selectively and arbitrarily and capriciously, unnecessarily destroying both the free Republic and the lives of our fellow American citizens, in order to create and preserve a social environment and atmosphere of government supremacy and intimidation that instills fear in the citizenry, through which the government operates with arrogant impunity for the Constitution and its limitations.

year thereafter) WE WILL PROVIDE A $48,000 PER YEAR ANNUITY
