THE IMMIGRANT LABOR PROBLEM SOLVED

We have shown that the  income tax was originally passed in 1913 as a tariff imposed on foreign activity entering America.  We have shown that the income tax is an indirect tax that is collected at the source by withholding from subject persons, who are all non-resident foreign persons or corporations.

In 1913, America was being flooded with immigrants from all over Europe.  The income tax was passed (allegedly) as an act to help raise revenue to manage and control that flood of immigration and the national problems it was causing.

Does that sound familiar? Don’t we now appear to have the same immigration issues and problems again, today, that we had 100 years ago?  Can we possibly use the same solution now that we used then – INCOME TAX, to control and manage the problem?

If the income tax was properly enforced today, and had been properly enforced and withheld by all Americans and American companies from payments made to non-resident aliens for the last 63 years, one can’t help but wonder how much smaller our immigration problem would be today.

How many fewer would have come to America, or would come in the future, knowing money would not be paid for labor, but instead would be withheld?

How many more who are here illegally would leave and go home, rather than have payments for labor withheld from them at the rate of 30%?

How many more who are here would have already melted into the American society under this incentive and become legal residents, and possibly citizens, in order to escape the withholding of income tax from their payments?

The United States government’s refusal to properly enforce these actual income tax laws is most of the reason why we have such a large immigrant labor problem in America today, and why we have so many immigrant labor issues today here in the United States of America.

The government DOES NOT WANT TO ENFORCE THE TAX PROPERLY BECAUSE THAT WILL EXPOSE THE IMPROPER ENFORCEMENT IT ENGAGES IN AGAINST CITIZENS.   You see, if citizens were properly educated about their true role in the tax system, as the sovereign tax collector, not as the taxpayer, then they would be completely familiar with the legal authority to withhold income tax ONLY from foreign persons, and they would question, and might  vehemently (or even violently) react to someone improperly and illegally attempting to withhold the tax from them (the citizens).  And of course, its more important to the federal government to improperly take the money from the citizens (in order to control them and what they do or do not support), than it is to properly collect the tax from foreigners.

But if the government did enforce the income tax laws properly, our national immigrant labor problems would all be solved in a matter of months.

The SOLUTION to this NATIONAL EMERGENCY already exists in law!  ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS MAKE YOUR GOVERNMENT ENFORCE THE EXISTING INCOME TAX LAWS AS THEY WERE (AND STILL ARE)  ACTUALLY WRITTEN!
